Build it once and don't pay for updates
Once we have built our H&S plan, and BC continues to pay the annual subcription, the BC will never have to pay another fee to us for their H&S plan. The annual subcription covers all H&S plan updates.
We update your H&S plan every year
We update all body corporate H&S plans at the commencement of each BC's new financial year so that they can be reviewed once more at the upcoming AGM.
What changes do we make?
We take you current H&S plan and
Roll over the date. e.g. If your current H&S plan starts on 1 August 2026, we wlll change the it to 1 August 2027.
Make any updates to policy statements to reflect any new legislation or changes in wording on the Worksafe website.
However, unless we have undertaken another site inspection as part of an LTMP update, or have been given instructions from the BC, typically, we will not make changes to the plan's hazards.
Then we send you a copy. After that we will make any requested further changes to hazards until the body corporate is satisfied.
However, we may not be able to make all and every requested change to our plan structure, layout and policy wording if they do not fit with our business model
